JobPilot UK is a UK-based service. We operate the JobPilot UK platform at jobpilotuk.org. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. Contact: hello@jobpilotuk.org

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed)
• Profile data: professional headline, location, work experience, desired salary
• CV data: uploaded CV files and parsed content
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, application activity
• Payment data: handled by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Communications: support messages and email preferences

We process your data on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

• Contract performance: providing the JobPilot UK service you signed up for
• Consent: marketing emails (you can withdraw consent at any time)
• Legitimate interests: platform improvement, fraud prevention, security
• Legal obligation: tax records, compliance requirements

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure located in the European Economic Area. We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.
